may be going into this duty structure , so can anyone already doing this let us know the pros and cons

We do

Wk 1 - Mon Off
Wk 2 - Tue&Wed Off
Wk 3 - Thu Off
Wk 4 - Fri&Sat Off

Decent long weekend every 4 weeks. Mon,Tue,Sat 8:25 Wed,Thu,Fri 8:55

Slightly longer days than others on 'normal' pattern.

Also lose 3 days A/L a year. But if you are clever you can make sure you only use 4 days leave at a time on your shorter weeks.

Yes P&L walks are timed at 4:40 usually out of the office for 5 hours
