the colleague shares were issued i believe in yearly stages so do new starters or posties who have 1 yrs service get the full payout? :dance

I joined in January 2008. Ive never heard anything about colleague shares, never signed anything or recieved any info about them so im guessing ill miss out!!

To be eligible for ColleagueShares you have to be permanent (or have a continuous long-term temporary contract), have been employed in the UK on 17 May
2007 (the issue date), and not be on a career break or extended period of unpaid absence.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

i,v been in royal mail for 20 years but have been on long term sick from last year .will : i still be elligable for the shares?

Yes as far as I can the shares have already been issued so if you have them then they should pay them out even if you are off sick.

I've been employed since Sept 2007 but have been issued two share certificates. Will I get a payout??

f***ing hopeless in it , kinda like working alongside zombies. Do you let them eat each others ankles ? or point out that might not be in their best interests. After 10 years of trying ,I'm leaning towards a laissez faire approach :chuckle
