went back today after "x" weeks on sick.....torn ligaments from stretching (ie prepping mail on top of frame) DOM had agreed to do x,y,z, to get me back early. One was to provide an extra wing to prep., but no he took the easy way out.....they redid my frame and double slotted the whole frame!!!!! now its stuffed!!!!! oh the joys!!!!

Ask if you can a bit of your duty put onto another frame. Hopefully NOT at the far end of the office.

We've got a couple of BIG duties and that's the way they dealt with it. Good Luck. Don't get too wet pissing in the wind.

if we are all stretching ,one step to right back again step left top frame bottom frame constant pressure on body musclular system wtf do they give us stools at our frame

we used to sit down and sort relaxed not any more whats changed can we only sit and prep if your a member of fantastic four
