I am really fed up with these union managers, sorry i mean reps. Seems they are NEARLY all interested in helping rm and shafting us posties. This job is now utter sh.. Working a lot harder for less money.
I realise the importance of being in aunion
What would it take or how do i join a new union that rm will recognise

You may not have to transfer perstop, there are moves afoot to transform the union, well at least financially.........unfortunately it would appear that the standard of representation won't change, nor will the cosy arrangement with RM. I believe Billy was at a meeting where the proposals put forward were discussed, to which his reply was "If the ship is sinking, you don't start throwing people overboard"...........the general concensus was to recruit, recruit, recruit to keep income as high as possible........expenditure seemed to be a very low priority.
