Dunno if this is a stupid question or not but here goes..
Wen abouts do we get our first pay rise as part of the agreement, or have we already had it and ive not realised? and also on my wage slip under pay rate, it says 375.16 . Is that what we earn each week? because if so im not earning enough if you work it out pro rata?

The 'pay rate' of £375.16pw includes both your basic pay and the delivery supplement so you need to include both when working out what PT pay should be pro rata

if you get your contract renewed after 6 months do you automatically get a pay rise and if so how much would it go up to?

You get half the difference between starting wage and full wage after 6 months and the other half after 12 months

it basically means that on the final year the 3.5% is negotiable, dependent on how succesful the revisions have gone financialy i guess.
shouldnt change too much, something like
April 2012 -3.5%
