Strange that the box under my frame has a fair few "semi-crumpled ones" on top of my pristine pile underneath - so I've been taking them from the bottom of the pile ...

Dont know if its universal but we have a sheet on our frames we have to sign daily to say they are done..I do them, sign the sheet, conscience it clear,,If some low life wants to dump on my frame then so be it..Linos can go and check every drop personally I dont give a flying fook,....

The problem is how can you tell who hasnt done them on your walk? Not many of us work 6 days a week so who gets the blame if its not done on your days off? My walk is lapsed 2 days a week so that what potentially 6-10 different people not doing d2ds! Suppose you have to ask your self who is going to sit there an individually mark 500+ d2ds per walk as well?!

Our Dim introduced a system of checking but he can't be bothered now. He sometimes clears the D2D's in before we have a chance to deliver them all!

Understand what your saying but we dont get paid enough to solve problems. Do what you have to do yourself and noone can say jack,.

Yes we got this new sheet on our frames about 2 weeks ago , daily we enter the amount and where delivered then sign then the managers countersigns . If the managers keep on top of the daily check that's the posties who seem to think they are excempt from d2d dealt with .

the D2D's are now part of the duty/workload, so if anybody is found to be not delivering them...hell mend them...that's willful delay !?

Yep, unless they ask for a D2D opt out then it gets delivered

I make doubly sure they get them,,,

Regretablty for my opt outs when they clash with my day off or I am on hols they also get them,,,Surely a scenario repeated thousands of times every day..All in all opting out also a bit of a waste of time....Someone needs to tell em thats what the bin is for if they feel that strongly about it..

We do them too albeit weekly, but I was told by a postie at another office (different county) they were only relevant in the days when we were paid per item, so they don't do them any more.
