got sacked for gross misconduct early december 2010. filled the i want a appeal form in and as of yet recived no word of a date or even a, u aint getting a appeal letter. any thoughts as to why ???

if you are going to use an employment tribunal then you need to get the ET1 form in within three months from dismissal

RM may try to delay it so you miss the deadline for a ET hearing, thats 3 months less a day limit.

have sent a et1 form so ok there. have spoken to union but they got no idea why i aint had or having one. antone else had this problem with royal mail ???

i am realy bothered by this lax attitude in the appeal process

if you are sacked then you need to appeal within three days and the appeal needs to be done within four weeks

its in the IR FRAME WORK SO THE STATUS QUO CLAUSE COMES INTO EFFECT

what can i say, ive had my appeal. turns out they lost it. found it quick enough when i flung a et1 at them

dont know at the mo. have to see what the result of the appeal will be. hope they do give me my job back but hey ho
