do you have to wear hi-vis with the new fleeces and cagoules as they're bright red?

Yes because a red fleece does not show up very well against a red van or in the dark.

Don't think you would need to with the caghoul as it's got a hi vis stripe on it? but I could be wrong :)

You still have to wear it, I'm still surprised that you don't have to wear it wearing your stormcoat
