Both of my jackets are already broken.

Stormproof zip has busted and lining isnt waterproof
Kagool Zip has broken , sleve ripped on gate all the way down the arm.
Dont wear the new trousers coz the velcro has come off the leg pocket and the waist pockets are too shallow. Massive design flaw.

Think yourself lucky you've got the new uniform. I haven't been asked about getting mine at all. Nor have I received a holiday form asking me to pick next year's allowance. Nor have I received some T&S I'm due. Nor have I received a lot of other stuff.

But I'm not gonna let it wind me up.

Anyway, what was the reply to the "you only print one sided views"? Mine went straight, unopened, into the pile of stuff to burn. I'm guessing the reply is something like "We at the Courier always try to print off a fair share of opinions from all our colleagues within Royal Mail. As you can see, we've printed your letter so we're not biased. So there." ?

Nope there was no reply they printed it and ignored it - a triumph of editorial integrity.

Why do we need to test trousers with a pocket on the more practical side? Why couldnt we just have trousers with 2 pockets?! Is that really so difficult?
