Problem is we don't know what is on intranet so we doesn't know if we need it or not.

All employees have the right to intranet access but you have to call (from work) some IT bods to have an account created and get a password. Also, as you can't access the RM intranet from home so you have to be able to get access to an RM computer at work and that could be a problem for some.
