Thought it was going with revision but seems at NR5 the planner is now revising his revision to include scheduled attendance? Any other offices doing this?

Our office has lost a lot of collections on SA. With the later starts, and longer deliveries, the Planner was trying to Tag what used to be our late collections onto the end of the duties! 
Makes sense in one way but it's a shame the office is losing the opportunity for a bit of overtime.

Doesn't P&M still stand with 'reasonable local earnings package'?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Why should one group of workers stay on 30hr contracts so another lot can work 50hrs/week?

SA is dangerous as it's one of the 1st things they look to absorb during cuts.

Weve lost a SA as part of our mini tabletop revison, however when the customers dont want mail collection any more how do you maintain the hours?
