Happy with your P&L?

I'm quite content with how my P&L has worked out. I actually feel less tired when I get home than when I did it before.

The only downside for me is that I think there is a bit too much on the walk(s) and on any day where we get more than a few oversized packets we have no realistic chance of getting back in time.

yes liking mine teamed up with a slow guy who has been in the job 20 odd years so hes not givin a fk really wen wen finishin time comes he laughs and we cut off

got to admit its improved my day 10 fold no squabbling with boss's about to much mail etc i jsut elave it all to the guy im with i dont even have to go back to office wen he returns it

i spend a good wack of time jstu sititn in the van waitin for pnl buddie to finish his bit im a lot faster than him plenty time to eat and txt pals etc


what we dont complete one day we do next day first thing

obviously we get specials done on time but that can mean leaving another section to rush to get there on time

been a few arguments with gusy who dont want over time buy driver does its not pretty i can tell u

also another few going mental bcos guy paired up with is lazy and tries to bully them to do most of the mail while they fart abotu doing the packets etc

Ours keeps getting pushed back boss has even hinted we won't be doing it.

If you get a good p&l partner p&l is spot on . In our office they have just rearranged all the p&l frames so the two duties are next to each other . This makes life easier , Whoever gets thrown out first will go and get the two duties packet bags , or take missorts back to ips . Whoever is bundled up first will get the specials , pda's and get a yorkie to load the two duties mail onto . Only little things I Know but if you and your partner are willing to help each other out it just makes the days work so much easier . Most posties in our office seem pretty willing to help their p&l partner out but there are one or two who would see hell freeze over before helping anyone out .

We have a full office repick in a the next couple of months please don't let me get paired with a shirker .
