How many managers per DO?
Obviously all DO's are different sizes,but was just wondering how many managers an average sized DO has,and what the structure/tiers of managment are, would be interesting to compare to a MC operation?

we have 30 walking duties, 20 driving duties. approx.
We Have 1 DOM
another person of management who in the 2 years of being there she has done nothing but piss folk off. No man management skills whatsoever.
An admin manager as well, who was possibly the worst postie before getting the job.
personally we really only need a DOM, iam sure we could manage ourselves if need be!

I reckon we probably have about 100 rounds. To cover them we have the DOM, and a minimum of four line managers. Sometimes we have had seven managers plus the DOM in on a day.

7 Managers and at last count about 3 acting managers as and when
10 years ago we had 300+ posties with a night shift and we had 1 DOM and 4 managers.
We decline they spawn
