RM yet again trying to shaft workers over supplements

Some of the staff in our office are getting their delivery supplement reduced while they take a day of on special leave (c)
Managers say that this is true as the men are not working and HR back this up.

Is this payment not based on contractual hours and not just the hours worked?

Workplace coach continues to get paid pro rata even though cwu HQ say this is wrong, they know all about this and disagree with it but still do nothing about it.

Could Dingo or someone who knows all the in's and out's please help shed some light on these matters.

Well it HAS to be based on contracted hours as OT has no effect.

Did they adjust your contracted hours that week on the PSlip?

Special leave c is unpaid , so anyone who had unpaid special leave will loss a days pay and a days propotion of the delivery supplement as it is a permanent addition to basic pay.

Was just checking as someone else within the office said the delivery supplement was based on contracted hours.

Do you know anything about the WPC allowance been pro-rata?
And weather HQ are still looking into this at a national level.
