Did you know about these:
RM can requisition ships to carry mail....can also apply a Compulsory Purchase Order to a property if its needed for the USO.
Any other strange ones?

We had a long running dispute with traffic wardens many years ago. Initially the union were paying the fine (i know, hard to believe aint it), and when they'd had enough of that, and we'd threatened to stop collections from the Post Box, Royal Mail moved the fecking thing .... simple

Double yellows are a parking restriction...if you park up and leave the vehicle you get a ticket.
