4 day weeks!!!
We have a few 4 day duties in our office.
They work Tues-Fri 0600-1600, every week.
They have every Saturday off.
They take their own duty and 1/2 another walk, but no absorbing.
How do the four day duties work in your office??

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: 4 day weeks!!!
1500 Offices = 1500 different systems
I expect a lot of these systems are voted in by those with vested interests, that's human nature! Hope the rest of the office was as happy with the choice.
