Hi, can anyone tell me is there an agreement on how much leave should be given each week for an office, e.g a certain % of staff in the work place etc

Leave calculatons are normally done like this - 40 (eg:amount of staff)x 6 weeks annual leave = 240 divided by 48 weeks (as Christmas is a closed leave period ) that then equals 5 should be off.
