Re: anyone see the bullying video
The video 'with friends like these' will only have any meaning in Royal Mail when it shows a manager bullying a postman or group of postmen. As this important part of life in Royal Mail is omitted from the video, its heads in the sand time until then. The whole film seems a bit outdated and like an attempt to produce a mini Eastenders from a smaller production company. Perhaps a film someone would have liked to have made in the 70's but didnt have the technology to do so.

Re: anyone see the bullying video
It has always been a thorny subject...............a few years ago it was the flavour of the month. Hardly a sentence was uttered without some reference to bullying and harassment. In some instances it become the tool of the idle to avoid work. It was a subject that was never handled sensibly and was completely over the top on its presentation; so much so that people became inured to the message in the end.

If a complaint is made in good faith then it should surely be investigated under the RM Policy on Bullying & Harassment.
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."

But is it investigated independently? last mention I know of this sort of thing went to a person who could hardly have been described as not having a vested interest in the outcome.brothermagrew wrote:If a complaint is made in good faith then it should surely be investigated under the RM Policy on Bullying & Harassment.
