We've been told that we can't claim our bus fares back for our journey times back to the delivery office from our delivery rounds. Surely management can't implement this? Some rounds are 6 miles away from the office.

Walk then..............just leave enough time to walk back to the office though (cut offs, don't you just love them).

how do you get to your delivery duties in the first place, if by van then get the driver to pick you up.
then the driver will fail his dutie by cutting off, managers dont like registered + tracked items failing.
but what i dont get is why you have to go back to your office ?

Not everywhere has bus services anymore, so not everyone has that option anyway.

i get the bus home everyday for free,i thought all posties got the bus for free? aslong as i have my id badge i get on for nothing,
