Planning Time

How long does it take, from Planners starting revisions in D.O., to complete the processes, and ultimately resulting in VR offers.

We have the Planner in the office from this week.

We are told this may take sixteen weeks. When does preference exercise take place, and therefore when can we reasonably expect VR's to be offered.

ours started in october, then disappeared about 3 weeks later never to be seen again!

Ours started just after the agreement came in...............still waiting



but our planner did have to go back to Scotland before Christmas.

Preference exercise took place in our office Feb 2010 , also P&L revision. Told by Dim Dom that new duties would start Nov 2010, still waiting. They now want it in before start of new financial year. As for VR's no chance. Dim Dom been told to avoid VR's at all costs.

Our planning started almost as soon as 2010 was accepted.Still waiting,new duties finally posted for us to see content.Not agreed yet. NO ONE IN OUR OFFICE has a chance of VR according to the DOM. RM can't afford any pay outs.
