Anyone know the cut off date for purchasing extra leave?

28th Feb is the cut off i believe. If you have been with the company for between 5 and 15 years it will cost you 2.6% a week to go to 6 weeks a year.

NB: If you are on the Wallington (1 in 6) System the maximum you can have is 5 weeks a year

Not sure what the situation is if you are on one of the new 1 in 4 Wallingtons

Whats the cost deduction for those that have been with RM less than 5 years?

6 weeks leave + 13 days sick = nearly 9 weeks off a year but that would be terrible thing to do
