OUR NEW MANAGER HAS DECIDED TO BLACK OUT WEEKS ON OUR HOLIDAY SHEET THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. sO NOT ONLY IS THE 3 WEEKS XMAS PRESSURE BLANKED OUT BUT WEEKS IN AUGUST APRIL MAY JULY AND SEPT ARE ALL BLACKED OUT, SO NO ONE CAN GET LEAVE DURING THESE TIMES.. HE SAYS ITS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH COVER!!!! CAN HE DO THIS IS IT LEGAL??

similar problems in our office, the manager is not sticking to the 2007 agreement to open up extra leave during the summer, and wants to close some down at easter as well. trying to resolve this but will go to disagreement if needed

Our weeks only get blanked off when they are fully booked ? Have you already made a selection and these weeks are now gone or is this your first selection ?
Last year we battled for the extra 2 space availabilty under the agreement and got no where to be honest.
Oh by the way CAP LOCK is the same as shouting on here
