yes are office most of the p/t work whole days when there in they work 3 days since park and loop came in.

only part timers who work 8 hours (24hr week) prep in our office some full timers duel prep, phg preps oh! and of course the manager.

Yes but without the sequenced mail. Most part timers are on 25 hrs but get an extra hour wed - fri.

I don't see how, because roughly the time you save by receiving WS mail, is roughly the time it takes to do your D2D and that might only be 3 D2D at that.

Half hour 'meal relief'

4.5 hours:

Half hour bagging up

4 hours:

Fifteen minutes doing redirections, murderated letters, etc.

3.75 hours:

Fifteen minutes pouching off

3.5 hours:

Fifteen minutes 'conveyance'

3.25 hours:

Three and a half-hour delivery

-0.25 hours:

Prep, prepping of the "sh*t" aka d2ds

30 min break for a 5 hour day???? puts my shitty 20min break for my 6 hour day to shame

unless i'm on a familiar walk(not often, as floater/reserve) or my frame has been at least 50% prepped, i'll generally find it hard to finish within time. CUT OFF if you cannot complete in your contracted hours and after a week or so, i'm sure your lino will get your frame prepped again to save himself the hassle

for example, in at 9.00, meeting until 10.00, arrive to empty frame that have never done before, out by 12.00 = 3.00hours to deliver minus 20 min break and 20min to and from delivery point

Now, unless your a flyer, doorstepper and the rest of them......you have no chance of completion

Someone's mugging you off if you're only getting 20 minutes; 30 minutes is your ENTITLEMENT. It's written in stone and someone will no doubt have the relevant linkage if you wait around long enough.

Yeah thats bull mate there no way you could prep your walk and still finish within your time. If your on a temp contract they can ask you to prep stuff but you should be getting Overtime for it.
