everyone who has had vr in our delivery office was at least 58 age discrimation comes to mind :coolr

Brigon look at the MTSF agreement amended version selection by age was removed only selection criteria SENIORITY , you can find it by googling it or look in downloads on here, (appendix 5) I think

When crewe mail centre closed it was offered to part timers and those 55 and over....

That was only October 2010 wasn't it and if they were offered if before that date the old rules age/seniority still apply. :hmmmm :hmmmm

EVR's after october 2010 are offered on a seniority basis and not age as it used to be, if youers are being done on
age then you need to inform your area rep as this is WRONG
