I have read other posts regarding VR, all mention COMPLETE years of service,but what about the current one ?
My next full year would be in june,does this mean up till then wouldn't count ? Also I understand you get 12 weeks notice, is the calculation worked out on the LAST day of service or the day of the offer ? I would work to the end of the notice period so will welcome any advice/comments etc.

Part year is paid as a full one.....I believe....

VR and EVR payments would be based on last day of service. This could be weeks or months after offer is made.

i finish on april 1st but started on april 4th am i entitled to some more money ?
