june 2011 half of athousand and seventyfour pounds subject to tax and ni through your wages . we currently hold 711 shares valued at 1.51 per share.therefore 537 this june and the same for 2012 on current valuations.

Ive got more shares than that..Even in 2008 i had more shares than 711

Dont hold your breath, Royal Fail keep saying the share value will be determined by performance.Surprisingly we've had another poor year and the finances are in the s**t. We always have bad times when the workers are supposed to be rewarded. 
Additional shares were not issued in 2009/10 due to to the latest agreement 2010 and beyond.The money saved(shares)were put into the pot to help pay for that deal.It all stinks after 12 months we still have not agreed new delivery methods.
