I am in KT post code,was told it would be paid Dec 2010,Then Jan 2011,Now when I ask ,I am a pain in the managers arse.Is this the same in Teesside ?.

In my unit we were paid the £200 transformation money before christmas, we were then told the remaining £800 would be paid in January... still waiting!
We are still chasing money owed from i think 2006/7 where hours were saved in return for a savings bonus.

The transformation lump sums are set in stone.

1. You get £200 for the first non sequenced revision - thats it nothing else on that one.
2. You get £600 for the walk sequencing revision and then 6 weeks later (maximum) get the remaining £200.

The lump sums can come in any order 1,2 or 2, 1 it depends on how they do your revisions. But I don't know of any revision where you get £200 to start with then £800 later on unless you have 2 revisions like above.

The Share in Savings should have been paid out and IIRC the last share in success was paid in 2007 before those strikes so the chances of getting that are slim unless you have got the ADR or even higher involved.

thats total crap mate we aint had revision yet but our area manger is now saying you can have the xtra £200 If we save another 40hrs a week

To take hours out you need to in theroy "revise" the DO duty set, therefore the £200 can be paid as you have a revision. BT2010 does not state what form a non sequenced revision entails. BT2010 does not state savings have to be made. If genuine savings are indentified so be it but if not then none should be voted for by the mbrs in the local ballot.

Ultimatley on paper at least we all end with £1000 and all end up with sequenced mail 39 hour week and delivery methods.

We have been told we have to lose another 4 x 40hrs duties, to trigger the payment.

That's after we collapsed over a total of 10x 40 hrs, on top of the 12 blokes who have already taken evr/sacked or retired due to ill health in the last 7 months.

Heard a rumour last night, that the night staff all signed some petition last week stating we would forfeit the £200 payment if we kept the 4 x 40 hours duties Management want to get rid of. Can't see it making any difference whats so ever tbh!
