Been told by Lino( ex dm ) ,if we cut off now we are going to receive Counselling ,and do a route revision .

Is this offcial
Policy ? and if so what are the procuders agreed with CWU.

Counselling is for f***ing paedo's and rapists, not posties who work to time. I wish they'd stop this word counselling. I guess some suit in London dreamt this concept up :roll:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

If your lino or dom says you are to recive counselling, ask them is the person who is going to be counselling you a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) If not then what counselling certificates do they hold and what counselling organisation do they belong to.

Thats Brilliant,and I suspected something similar,will flag it up to ADR ASAP.

The Lino in question is new in our office and just full of his own s--t.
