sick absence
i was recently absent from work due to a virus nothing serious i may add , i phoned in to notify them ,on the 3rd day of my absence ( sat ) I again phoned to say i would be back at work on the monday everything seemed to be ok .Then 1 hour later in my mail was a special delivery to attend a meeting on the monday due to my sick leave . the letter was dated the 2nd day of my absence , can anyone tell me why are royal mail staff the only people in this country who shouldn't fall ill ? I KNOW ROYAL MAIL MANAGEMENT DONT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS BUT SCUM

Pathetic harrassment is all it is,Go back to work on monday,Refuse to have an interview (Unless you are due a stage warning) Have the return to work and tell them you had been in contact and if the manager harrasses you again you will be putting a grievance in.
