hi, has anybody got a link to the "agreed revision procedures" between RM and CWU.

just getting as much evidence as i can together before our table top revision, hoping to stop it in its tracks.

i know postman but its a bit of pot luck with me and computers (blonde).

The 6 step revision process is all well and good but that assumes you have a planner.
A table-top revision won't have a planner.
So how is the rep supposed to verify the A+ is accurate etc etc.....
How much release time are you going to get to do the work a professional planner was supposed to take 16 weeks to do?

And stopping in its tracks may seem sensible to you
but what if the members decide the £400 that goes with the implementation of the revision is more important?
Or weight off the shoulder?
Or more Saturdays off?

ccr, i fully agree with you and that is the reason i would like to put it on hold until the revision can be done properly with a planner.

our DOM will just push it through as a cost cutting exercise.

to make things worse we dont have a rep either.

i can only spread the word in the office and hope the majority listen, and if not i will start plotting my escape plan

I bet the DOM arrives with a pre-ordained figure for savings the table-top revision has to achieve.

This shouldn't be something a unit rep has to deal with. The disagreements should already be lodged and be being digested much higher up the food chain.

Then they got it wrong as the payments are £200/£600/£200 and the last 2 are part of a walk sequencing revision.

But your main point is valid - most wont see the impact because of the bungs.

NO CHANCE!!!! im only PT and wouldnt have the hours to put into it due to other commitments.
i doubt i will be still in the job by the summer...... cue escape plan.
only been in 3 years and it has gone from the best job i ever had to the worst ever.

At the office i work at the css machine is up and working, part of the revision is in( longer rural deliverys). Should we have got any of the payment that were promised.

You've got to be sequencing 50% of the mail to trigger the 1st payment
