It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Well get your rep to get on to Fat Billy and Fat Dave, and ask them to come and try what they have agreed to you being able to complete in the hours allowed. IMPOSSIBLE! Those 2 idiots need horse whipping and so do the reps who went along with them. There's a lot of them deserve it too. Line up. i have read the agreement and many other related docs, the agreement is not such a bad one so long as everybody works their contracted hours and does the job properly.
if we all did this the agreement would create hours and jobs in DOs.
i aint running anywhere.
