I was signed off by our Royal Mail doctor in december for 3 months light dutys,as I am having a lot of problems with my feet.But my bullying manager is up to his old tricks again saying he cannot support me and wants me back walking A.S.A.P.
So yesterday I get a phone call from ATOS(ON MY WEEK OFF) saying he has scrapped my report from the doctor and wants me to go thuough procedure again without any paper work or consent from me.
I refused the interview . Surely he is breaking procedure? if anyone can give me some advice I would be grateful.

Just wanted a second opinion.This DOM manager of ours is evil,last time I checked he had over 40 grievances againist his name in less than 1 year.
