if i have been off sick for a couple of days. can royal mail say you are not having your day off this week. we have changed it so that your day off was your last day of sickness.
apparently this is what is going to happen from now on in our depot according to management

ask for a copy of the CWU/RM agreement.

have a word with your union rep, thats why you pay your subs.

Moved from Blue Shirts to Union Room so it does not get swamped.

If no local agreement then its a change of contract and they cannot do what they suggest without giving you a copy and letting you check its legality - thats what the 28 day gap is for.

No ffs,and get your ADR on it.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
