Afternoon all, I'm a new postie.
I've been having abit of trouble clearing my d2d's, I've only been here a couple of weeks. I seem to get alot on my frame.
Anyway my manager announces that next week he'll be assessing my d2d's next week.
Any idea what this means, should i be worried?

i assume you are PT?
if so tell him (ok ask him) if somebody else could throw them in for you before your start time or (if it suit you) ask if you can come in early and book OT.
new starters always take a few weeks to get up to speed and my guess is that he is trying it on with scope to you coming in to prep them in your own time.
and as above, speak to your rep and get him to accompany you to confront the DOM.
