Re-pick query

Hi,my office is due a re-pick due to the new changes.i and two other colleges starting the same day,so have the same seniority.last time we had a re-pick due to the geo route i had last pick as my manager said i had the lowest score on my test when i appyed for the job?Is there any truth in this?i thought it would be fairer if they reversed the order between us as they both had rounds last time and ive been reserve for last two years and looks like it will happen again.please advise!

thats a load of b###### if lets say two postman joined the same time it is done on age who ever is the oldest is the senoir one that is the only way i have ever heard of when more the one postman joins in the same day

I had the same problem when I started and two other posties started on the same day as me. The seniority on the list had us rated in alphabetical order. According to the seniority list I was in the middle. Despite this, last resign both other posties signed before me as I was off at the time, and I ended up with a crap walk. Next time signing comes around I am going to insist I choose before the other two as I went last, last time but I expect I will have a fight on my hands!

Never heard it done on test scores though, think someone may be pulling your leg on that one?

Scores have nothing to do with seniority.
The way forward still applies.

I would imagine date of selection would sort it out,if you were selected on the same day...then D.O.B...if you were born on the same day...go out to the car park and fight for it.
