Its taken from the first week in Nov, and over the weekend , 100 managers worked sat, sun ,mon, and today, and the backlog is gone,no parcels, nothing!
Also, the dom is gone, back to edinburgh, and we have.................2 more doms...............from edinburgh, eh11 and 12, theyre here to "sort it out", one looks about 20, busy bodies the both of them.

Planners coming back again , and we are to get input. Apparantly, these 2 new doms reckon trolleys are no good, and boxes and bags are - which means "you can deliver more, and quicker wi bags, so lets toss the trolleys!!!! No ta.

Reckon between Dunfermline and Dundee East, its cost over 800 000 quid in overtime.Thats not including all the "work" these doms have been forced into doing, which begs the question?

If theyve been here that often who the fook is doing there jobs?
Excess managers- you bet there is,so lets start making big savings,axe em all.

Finally, letter in local paper yesterday, im tempted to reply, but it wont be printed, thats a stone waller -tell you why after you read it

Lost patience

I have not written about lack of mail until now, but I really have lost patience.
I have mail posted at beginning of November that has not arrived. There is important mail from all of November. I don’t know how much interest I will have to pay on unpaid bills. My disabled badge was posted on November 8, along with a credit card and other things. — J. Elvidge.

Too right FT, AFAIR, the agreement specifically stated that the aspiration was to take weight off the shoulder - lose the trollies, get the bags, well as far as I'm concerned that's ignoring the agreement, ( unless local rep & membership agree ), and if you tell 'em that, also say "Gie that up ya, pal!"

Mr Tolhurst was there today,weren't there last week or the week before or before that,he was there today.

5 months after xmas, theyve still no revised routes completed, although what they have done, is jugle bits here and there, from one walk to another, and its a shambles.

We now have some managers from edinburgh, and a new dsm, an ex manager of ours, who seems to be running his life 5 days a week solely at dundee east do, wi the help of a manager from glasgow- (cheers tamsky)

His job is to prep, prep, and prep test us, all day every day, some of us more than once!!!

Every single day, the daily huddle tells us we should have sorted our sequenced mail in 17 mins, the bundled stuff in 15, the loose mail in 20 mins, and they cant understand how some folk are not out the door by 10 am, or half ten lol.
Nightshift every night for 4 guys still on overtime and agency staff are keeping the tide at bay. although they are being punted a few every week,


Its brainwashing most extrordanaire, to the point of "piss off, your boring me"
Boys are being followed by managers, one manager was seen crouching over his front seats to avoid being spotted!!!

Boys going out one to a van, some sent out as early as 9 20 am, some using the old style pouch boxes, and in the mornings, only a few folk go on the ips, others just stay and prep their frames, its unreal, anything but sort the place out.
We now have no rep, he resigned, and its shambolic in here,every agreement is being broken by these bullying managers, but hey ho, all you can do is work your hours..............the next set of testing is outdoor, no doubt we will all be walking too slow, and doing the job the "wrong way".

We really are managed by people that are totally unsuited to the task and completely out of their depth but what is even worse, they devoid of any common sense whatsoever.
