Anyone else having fun with the National trust magazines with guide book cleverly put in so wont fit through most boxes, have to fold the magazine to make it fit !! Madness...

We had all ours over a week ago. Is your office stuck in time or something?

Anyway, seriously. They're an absolute nightmare. Even if I was to ignore the valid points that you made, I could still make a case for hating them. The shape of them is wrong for a start when they're in your bundles. The handbook sometimes moves around and creates a bulge that the other mail slips off and crash, it's on the floor. But the worst thing for me was how often the handbook decided that it was time that it was born and burst out of the plastic. This happened two or three times, sometimes when they were going into the frame and other times when they were in the bundle.

Delivered ours 3 weeks ago, took all week to get rid of them, a lot were left outside as they were waterproof, or just folded them up and shoved 'em in. Why can't they make the book A4 so it would then be thinner, they are a nightmare every year, and in my office we get 1000's of the things .

Had ours last thursday and they were a major pain in the a**! Why they all had to go out the same day i will never know. Also saw a lad in my office with a full bag of them! Lino made him take every single one!

Most of the houses i deliver to are quite old so have a very small vertical slot letterboxes so no chance of getting National Trust magazines thru and end up doorstepping most of them

Yup, had mine last week.
Even though I'm a rural driver and I get shed loads, I still had 2 days to clear them.

I notice someone said they had 20 !!! Try having one for almost every second house, in other words, I had and always get over 120 of the frigging things. 5 bags all weighing 11KG plus an obscene amount of trays.

Not when you have over 70 of them and 90% of the people are at work, you would not have time to write out all them P739s, anyway that is why they are sellophane wrapped to stay dry if needed to be left out.
