Has anyone been to rehabworks? I would like your thoughts and opinions of these people. I have been only on a couple of occasions but I felt pushed into doing exercises that I wasnt phisically capable of doing.
I thought it was just me being a pussy so i showed my nhs phisiotherapist that I was under after my op the exercise plan that rehabworks gave me and he said that 2 out of the 10 exercises was a big no no and if i was to carry on with those exercises i would create a big problem.
I just got the old saying from rehabworks 'no pain no gain'

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I'm afraid I would be telling Rehabworks to stick their exercises where the sun don't shine. Are they going to repair the damage you do to yourself doing their recommended exercises? Thought not, stick to what your physio has set for you, which gradually builds up through time.
