I know the BT 2010 monies are to be paid pro rata for part timers but would I be right in thinking if you move up to a full time 39hr week you would receive the full payment?
I am sure it has been discussed before on the forums and thought I saw a post a while back saying that anybody employed by RM before 1st April 2010 moving from PT to FT would get their full time entitlement?
What exactly is the official line?
Any info would be much appreciated.

Re: BT 2010 Pro Rata?
The actual agreement does not outline any specific qualifying periods for getting the full payment rather than pro-rata. So I think a case exists for claiming that only contract hours at the time of full implementation is the only qualifier applicable.

This can,t be right Teebs or else a full timer made up from a part timer would never get the increase for the D2D Supplement, but would still be expected to do 5/6th of the weekly workload for D2Ds.

That the delivery supplement and thats based on your contract 39/40 and pro rata for part timers based on how many hours the FT are doing in their office.
However, it has made me look at the question again - my answer was in relation to the £600/£200/£200 payments.
The Colleague share payments are in effect "buy backs" of the shares - so the amount you will get depends on how many shares you have and they were issued at various times so the range of payments will vary from person to person.

Re: BT 2010 Pro Rata?
I was paid the £600 pro rata when we moved to the new delivery methods on the 22nd Nov 2010, moving up from a 36hr contract. Now obviously the day I moved onto the FT 39hr contract was the same day we started the shared van's P+L method so should be paid the same amount as any other employee who was FT before implemetion
Granted in my case its not a lot of money, £60 short of the Six, but there are guys in the office who moved up from say 20-25hr contracts and only received half of the money they were told they would get on implementation of shared vans/P+L.
Thought the Union might have picked up it then, maybe read the small print and informed their PT members, or even now take up the case and try and get the monies we were and still are entitled to.
