does anybody know what the test is for these machines, is it easy or hard?

Is that the CSS machines being installed in Delivery Offices?
If yes,then there is no test as such. You just attend the 3 day training course and as long as you don't fall asleep and remember some of it, you'll be fine.

I don't know, I think you get 40 questions and it's up to the office manager to decide who gets the job judging on the results handed in. I did not like doing the delivery rounds and I am pleased I got my CSS job but it's bloody hard work. Unless you have actually done the work it's difficult to understand how hard it is.
Preston are due to get 3 machines next month with just 4 operators on each night.

You need a minimum of 3 people to 2 machines.
3 machines, you should have at least 5 people....thus you have cover for breaks etc......

I have to say, the union have been completely inept at keeping on top of the CSS operations. Rather than insisting on a universal methods of operation, staffing etc..... seems every office is different.
Any news on the Liverpool operators who were suspended last week for not working hard enough ???????
