is it working well at any office

The revision in my office has been put back yet again to some time around Easter apparently.

Now reading the threads on here re the park n loop, it seems things are not going very well to say the least, with offices having big backlogs and others abandoning the system.

But I was wondering if there are any offices out there that have been working the new system and have it well bedded in and are making it work well. You only seem to hear the bad side of things, surely there must be some who are making a go of it.

I have been told that it went quite well at Middleton (Manchester M24) but that was because no duties were removed - they only jiggled about with it a little. All offices that have had duties removed though have just collapsed.

Heard the revision has been stopped in a lot of local offices due to the balls up where it has been introduced, so no its not working too well.

It must be clear to every one that delivery offices are already on there knee's because the work load is already too big.Taking jobs out will make matters worst and eventualy they will collapse as they did at christmas.The amount of service calls i have to make has more than doubled over recent years which means that i am working over my hours just to cope with my own duty.knocking on doors for specials/recordedsand/packets and parcals is having a major impact on my Job!

Well I did post a topic for anyone with a revision that has worked about two weeks ago and afaik there wasn't a single response.

The revisions are fooked. They are massively over budget and failing, most that were due to go in have now been delayed until at least the next financial year. I know for definite that one office that has undergone a full P&L revision, is now having over 500hrs a week more put into it than BEFORE the revision just to try and clear the office. Savings? What savings Moya?

I suspect it's highly likely that P&L revisions in their current guise will disappear, to be replaced with workable tabletop revisions that utilise the already paid for vans.

That way RM can save face by saying it has still introduced 'modernisation' across the business.
