The grievance procedure

Is an absolute farce,

I started mine on july 1st last year , i am about to have my stage 3 appeal meeting this week.

Over 6months to have 3 interviews that take about 20 mins a time.

From what i can gather it should have all been completed within about 1 month and they have dragged it out this long hoping i'll get fed up and not push it till the end, well how wrong they were, once this 3rd meeting and the obvious decision where they protect there manager even though i have a list as long as my arm of his unfair treatment of me.

Then FINALLY i can take it to tribunal, i can't wait.

IMHO thats in very poor taste. Without any explanation it could be read your accusing the 2 posters of being lazy.

Why are you on a final stage warning, is it to do with sickness etc?

BTW, anyone actually not been given the stage warning when triggered?

I'm not on a stage warning at all, i'm on the 3rd stage of the grievance procedure that i started against my manager

you can only go to tribunal if you have already lodged a claim - within 3 months of the last incident complained of.

so when you started the grievance, you should have simultaneously started the tribunal claim...unless there have been further incidents have happened recently, which would mean it has been "continuing", otherwise you may be "time barred" from taking the claim to tribunal.

did you not seek union advice?
