working until your time ?

i am on a contract of 36 hrs with a collegue we both deliver in a very big village.we currently work anything between 40 -50 + hrs per week,my collegue likes the hours but i am fed up.full timers in our office finish before us ,the boss knows our duties are to big but hes not bothered.have started to work to my time a little trouble is the boss then puts me on a crappy duty the next week,if you work to your time nobody hardly wants to do the extra theres only approx 28 duties in our office.been in the job 15 years and have never been so fed up change ater change saving after saving etc,im going to start to work to my time every saturday now,do any of you out there have set days etc of which you work to time.i dont want all these extra hours....

I've only been working for RM for just over a week and am already working over the 30hrs I'm contracted 'cos I was asked to start an hour earlier, but I'm going to insist I I leave by 3pm. Easier for me, I guess, to set my stall out now rather than after 15 years.

Aren't "revisions" there to stop that ?

Would a transfer to another DO help ?

just work till your time all the time does not matter any more what duty you go on because you only work to your time end off.that way it does not matter what duty you go on. i used to work on now i never work past my time no matter were they put me and i have just been made spare after 20 years in the job.i just leave what a can not do end of the more they move me the more i leave
