JUST got our HYS results today and as expected its a dissaster!
we triggered it a couple of years back but nothing happened but now its happened again

could somebody explain what happen once the safety net is triggered?
JUST got our HYS results today and as expected its a dissaster!

What happens ? 
Its really early shattering this, so hold on tight,
You get to do HYS again in 6 months time rather than 12
My DO has been having them every 6 months for a few years now, nothing ever changes,we just go through the motions every 6 months.

Well we had something different happen today on exactly this subject.
Apparently a select few (not me
)mainly the more forceful ones amongst us were "invited" into a meeting with 2 girls from HR and they basically asked for background on the subjects covered by the HYS. Apparently they were shocked at the strength of feeling.
Mind you our scores are in the toilet - National average for connect is 17 (don't know what out of) and we scored 3
They had 3 separate meetings with FTs, PTs and then management to discuss things. Lets see what happens now.

that is a good engagement score ours is -19! yes MINUS NINETEEN!
