Packets + R/Ds

Been mental this week 3-4 bags every day and 10 plus R/Ds daily,cut off twice this week and just finished in time yesterday.
Its the same for our drivers parcels and Tracked gone through the roof and docket being given daily to clear the office.
Its been like this for months but it looks like they want a couple of duties out and some made to part time It aint gonna work and credit to our Dom he knows it Lets see if senior management listen or carry on and feck the place right up

it is the same every where now i just wish we would all stop doing o/t then the ture state of affairs would comr to light that we are not at they have just cut to many job

3 to 4 bags thats light ..i took 7 bags out on weds ..

We don't even get that on the lightest of days!!!!

7 loops 2 bags to a loop and a 2 hour drive round the farms first now thats a p&l solo delivery

It seems to have calmed down last week and this a much more manageable workload (average 2 packet bags) and no cut offs last or so far this week on my walk.
