Gross misconduct , here are some of the categories , indecent behaviour, theft, dishonesty, and sabotage . I think RM's senior management definitely qualify for at least two of these , theft and dishonesty for starters .

I feel the CWU are getting some unfair criticism on these forums . The union has no say in how RM is running it's business ,all the union can do is protect it's members . Surely there can't be any reps out there advising staff to work through their brakes , overtime must be worked , and don't use the equipment supplied , if there are I think they need to step down .

RM have taken the 2010 agreement and perverted it for their own gains but it's back fired big style .

i think you are spot on most local reps do a good job it up to us all to do the job right and it shows now that if you do it can not be done in the time .it makes me happy to see more staff every day take there full break and not work over
