atos advice please

I have atos phoning me again, this will be the 2nd time in a year they have phoned. ill health retirement was mentioned last time due to the big operation i had so I presume this will be mentioned again. I had corrective surgery 6 months after an aod but me like a fool didnt make a claim against rm because there was no early signs of any damage caused, it just falls out of the 3 yr claim period now . Accident was registered with dwp back in 2007

Anyway back to atos! my last experiance with these people was not very nice and I very nearly kindly said 2 words and put the phone down , are these people as dumb as they sound because they seem to no very little and tend to put words in to your mouth, also am i within my right to ask to speak to a professional person i.e rm doctor or will I be asked to go for a medical anyway?

any advice will be great :-)

they will ask you to see a rm doctor but thats a good thing because what he says goes once he makes his report they can not do much to you do you want to leave the job?
