Sorry mate, but people like Green don't give two flying fecks. CEOs are all the same, there's no good one's, one's that will listen to hard-working people like yourself, Hell no. RM are well aware of its Managements shortcomings as they had it spelled out in the Hooper Report!

They sort mail from two bundles as they are walking ???? That goes against everything we have been taught to do.

the weight of the mail being carried on the hand/arm is low. The average weight of the two bundles is 3.5 lbs

3.5 lb over a four hour walk is not low.

Them at the top don't care about people, or the welfare of human beings, posties who have to enjure the torture of this impossible workload of the 2010 agreement.. Those at the top portray in the courier magazine, that posties are doing a great job and praise them,,,,,,,, they don't for one minute mean a single word of it,, it makes them look good,, like they care and are grateful for delivery staffs' efforts... they are lying,, it's a front so they look like they care, believe me they don't give a dame... first the courier is a total lie, portraying that there are a few problems here and there when everyone knows the whole country has been let down by management, people of this nation, let down by, not modernization, but cost cutting, expecting a postie to do unachieveable workloads.
