moya does not care about anything except, money, bonuses and more money.. Them at the top don't care about people, or the welfare of human beings, posties who have to enjure the torture of this impossible workload of the 2010 agreement.. Those at the top portray in the courier magazine, that posties are doing a great job and praise them,,,,,,,, they don't for one minute mean a single word of it,, it makes them look good,, like they care and are grateful for delivery staffs' efforts... they are lying,, it's a front so they look like they care, believe me they don't give a dame... first the courier is a total lie, portraying that there are a few problems here and there when everyone knows the whole country has been let down by management, people of this nation, let down by, not modernization, but cost cutting, expecting a postie to do unachieveable workloads. Totally agree with all that. You'd hope having a union would help wouldn't you - like in the past? Sadly, they are toothless and in bed with the management, and also on the same bloody money as upper management. They won't rock the boat. They agreed to all the problems that we are experiencing now. End of story.

I actually wrote to Ms green. Got a reply from someone in her office. part of my letter printed in the Courier but important bits missed out. Thought I might as well let her realise we are not all happy smiley faces like the Courier says. I have often wondered if they use actors.

Got my copy of the courier today. What a load of misinformed rubbish coming from the chief executive. Is she not aware of nearly every national and local newspaper absolutley slating Royal Mail for their performance over the run in to Christmas, and there she is saying that most customers had their christmas packages and cards delivered on time. Why the hell have we been running around like headless chickens this last three weeks post christmas still delivering parcels and cards dated from early December. The editor of this paper should be ashamed for allowing such irresponsible journalism, even if it is only an internal media item.

Moyra was talking (thinking) about DHL and how our nice new DHL uniforms will look on us, along with her fat bonus for helping sell us down the river!

I believe Moyra is looking into turning some Mail Centers (blanked bad taste joke I refuse to requote that). Anyone not willing to work the new overtime rate of £5.85 an hour on their day off will be "dealt with" After all she and fellow managers are used to burying Christmas mail until after Christmas!

I wouln't sell a company making Profit of 300 million a year mind you they won't this year because of the mess they have made but saying that they have taken quite a bit this Christmas but didn't deliver the goods and don't blame the weather thats a poor excuse
