Listen to this idiotic manager from milton keynes on this phone in. Listen from about 1hour 40 mins when it starts. Well worth it. Pure quality.....lol. Modernisation my arse.

They might be rectifying some of the backlogs by using every spare body available to do as much overtime as they can using any method they wish to use, be it bike, vans, trolleys etc etc, but they certainly aint doing it through any of the modernisation processes they are imposing.

I think Steve not so smart still believes in Father Christmas and pink elephants . I think modernisation is going to take a little more than tweeks here and there . Mind you at least he's got the bottle to talk about the current situation when all the people responsible for this disaster have gone to ground .

If you don't mind ,I won't bother. I've listened to undreds of them over the years ,an they all spout the same pure drivel. But if this one comes up with a tiny nugget of common sense ,let me know and I'll eat my words :chuckle
